DESCRIPTION:Welcome ot Vaasa in December!  \n\n\n\nThe program in Vaasa begins on December 9 at 09:00 with a welcome at Vamia\, including introductions from the Finnish battery industry and GigaVaasa\, followed by presentations\, an icebreaker\, and project status updates. After lunch at the training restaurant Silveria\, the afternoon is dedicated to workshops\, with free time before an evening city tour\, sauna\, and dinner. The day ends around 22:30 with transport back to the hotel. \n\n\n\nOn December 10 at 09:00\, the focus is on the Finnish vocational system\, a tour of Vamia’s technology department\, and lunch at Merinova. The afternoon includes a visit to VEO\, company presentations\, discussions on project indicators and improvement strategies\, and closing speeches. DESCRIPTION:Voltage och Teknikcollege erbjuder introduktion för lärare som vill ta med sina klasser och elever till centret.  \n\n\n\nDen pågående omställningen till elektrifiering\, hållbarhet och digitalisering inom fordonsindustrin innebär stora möjligheter – men också utmaningar – för kompetensförsörjningen i Västsverige.   \n\n\n\nBattery Centre Gothenburg erbjuder en unik lärmiljö där skolor och utbildningsanordnare får tillgång till modern teknik och verklighetsnära miljöer för att rusta framtidens arbetskraft. The Voltage -network is pleased to invite you to Train the trainers event on stationary battery applications. Along with European peers\, you will learn more about the theme of stationary battery application\, attend onsite lectures with experts\, and participate in practical workshops. \n\n\n\nTarget group: Teachers within vocational education and training working with the battery industry and applications. Background in electrical works – or familiar with. \n\n\n\nThe course consists of two parts: The course will be provided through an online course with asynchronous tasks in May\, and by an in-person meeting in Vaasa\, Finland 2-3/6.2026\, where you will participate in lectures and workshops.
