Program
In Sweden, this model has long been established, with industry stakeholders supporting the concept, working within a structure at national, regional, and local levels.
You will hear from industry representatives, Vocational education providers, and regional process leaders from Teknikcollege.
Additionally, best practices will be showcased, highlighting how schools and companies collaborate to enhance the attractiveness and ensure high-quality vocational education.
The webinar aims to showcase the strengths and challenges of the Swedish model, share best practices for inspiration, and encourage attendees to explore how they can apply similar approaches in their own contexts.
Additionally, the European perspective on collaboration between VET and industry will be shared, offering insights on practices within EIT Manufacturing on how to foster collaboration and attract new talent.
