Work Packages
The Voltage project is organized into five interconnected work packages, each addressing a different aspect of the project: teaching and learning, cooperation and partnerships, governance and funding, impact and dissemination, and project management. These packages ensure a comprehensive approach to achieving the project’s goals and facilitate efficient management and coordination of activities through their interplay.
Work Packages

Work Package 1
Management and Coordination
Work Package 1 serves as the foundation for the Voltage project, focusing on empowering educators with essential skills and knowledge vital for the project’s results. Through the WP1 the Project Manager, along with Work Package Leaders, will establish efficient management and coordination structures, such as regular meetings and progress reports, to ensure timely communication and decision-making.
- Ensuring a successful and participatory implementation of the project where all partners collaborate.
- Complying with all the project requirements set by the European Commission.
Work Package 2
Teaching and Learning
Through Work Package 2, the project aims to revolutionize battery education, empowering educators and education providers to meet the industry’s evolving needs effectively.
- Enhancing the capacity of education providers in the participating regions to deliver training and education that aligns with the evolving needs of the industry.
Work Package 3
Cooperation and Partnerships
Work Package 3 focuses on building strong collaborations and partnerships, in order to bridge the gap between education and industry, by innovation and increasing the attractiveness of vocational education and training (VET) within the battery sector.
- Establishing effective mechanisms and platforms to bridge the gap between the education system/education providers and the industry, fostering collaboration and co-creation of programs and initiatives.
- Increasing the attractiveness of the sector by promoting vocational education and training as a viable and rewarding career pathway for individuals.
Work Package 4
Governance and Funding
Work Package 4 focuses on governance and funding aspects crucial for the success of our project, aiming to facilitate collaboration, knowledge exchange, and alignment with EU VET policies to promote growth and innovation within the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
- Facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange between the participating regions to strengthen the skills ecosystem and share best practices in vocational education and training.
- Contributing to the "upward convergence" of VET excellence by aligning the project activities with EU VET policy and actions, promoting growth and fostering innovation.
Work Package 5
Impact and Dissemination
Work Package 5 will maximize the impact of the Voltage project by ensuring effective dissemination of the results. Our mission is to document the outcomes achieved throughout the project, sharing them with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring their utilization for long-term sustainability.
- Ensuring that results achieved during the project is properly documented, shared and utilized for sustainability.
